Who we are

This site is operated by Full Gospel Church, 2-1-50/17, Mahankali Nagar, Shamshiguda, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072. We collect information so we can register your child for Circus Kids Camp 2026 and contact you about it. We are not a commercial business and we do not sell anything beyond camp registration.

What we collect

When you register or fill out a lead form, we collect:

• Parent name, phone number, email
• Child name, age, gender
• Allergies and medical notes you choose to share
• Emergency contact and authorised pickup adult
• Consent acknowledgement
• If you pay by UPI: the transaction reference you share with us (we never see your UPI PIN, bank details, or card numbers)

If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad lead form, Meta shares the contact details you submitted with us under their privacy terms.

How we use it

• To confirm your child's registration
• To call or message you about camp logistics (drop-off, pickup, what to bring, schedule changes)
• To brief our leaders on allergies or medical flags
• To reconcile your payment
• To send you information about future Full Gospel Church kids programmes — you can ask us to stop at any time

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

Where it's stored

Registration data lives in a private Google Sheet that only the camp organisers can view. The website itself is hosted on Vercel. We do not run our own database.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for up to 18 months after camp ends, so we can answer follow-up questions and invite past campers to next year's programme. After that, the records are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct anything wrong, or delete your information entirely. Just message us on WhatsApp at +91 9849325885and we'll handle it within 7 days.

Children

This site is meant for parents and guardians. We collect a child's name, age, and allergy info only with the parent's consent, and only to keep the child safe during camp.

Cookies

The site uses minimal cookies — just what Vercel needs to serve the page and what Meta needs if you arrived from an ad. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this site.
